Tues 4 Aug 09 An Introduction to singing Harmony.

A four week program commencing Tuesday 4th August at 7.15-9.00pm booking essential. Phone Cate on 9750 7677.

Sing four part harmony, barbershop style with the Southern Sounds Chorus, at the Salvation Army Hall, Forest Drive, Frankston North. Melways 99J8. Cost $5.00 to cover materials.

Cruden farm, Langwarrin. Cancelled due to lack of tickets sold.

Sun 19 July 09 Royal Naval Association Performance

Christmas in July dinner. 12 noon for 1pm start. Performance at 3.15pm. At the Naval Association Hall, 36 Barretts Road, Langwarrin.

Sat 2 May 09 Regional Convention - Hobart

Competition time. Southern Sounds go to Hobart to compete in the Australian regional convention against other Australian choruses. The competition will be held at the Wrest Point Hotel (Sandy Bay Road) in Hobart.

Sat 4 Oct New Members' Workshop

Are you a woman interested in learning more about A Capella singing? This singing workshop runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm and will teach you some singing techniques and a Christmas Carol in 4 parts, barbershop style.

$5 to cover materials, refreshments and lunch

Concert for Cancer Council at Uniting Church (High St, behind the football ground).

Starts at 2pm

Tickets $15 or $12 concession Bookings 9786 1615. All proceeds to Cancer Council Victoria.

Light refreshments will be served in the interval.

We are roaming around Port Phillip Plaza shopping centre in Rosebud on 21st and 23rd of December from 11.00pm until 2.00pm.

15 Dec 2007 Mt Eliza Shops

On the 15th of December you can see us at the Mt Eliza shops, 11.30am until 12.30pm.

24 Nov 2007 Frankston Parade

We are appearing in the "I love Frankston" parade on 24th November 2007, and afterwards on the stage at 5.00pm.

The parade commences at 3:00pm and will make its way through the streets of Frankston finishing in Davey Street to launch the City's most popular annual event, Frankston's Christmas Festival of Lights
